In the whole Centro America, the bicycle is considered a transport vehicle and needs to have license plate and documents.  If you are in one of those countries and walk with a bicycle without plate, you will have  your bicycle detained and also you will have to pay a fine. For that reason, cyclist has the rights to a meter of highway on each side, be anywhere, in the city or in the highway.  It is true, I discovered that when I was crossing Panama, in the Panamericana highway , without shoulder, the cars that came behind me reduced the speed and they gave preference to me when cars came in the contrary way.  Only after liberated the other track of cars that were behind me could cross me.  Already in Nicaragua I went diffuse for a police raid of the police in the middle of the federal highway to apprehend bicycles without plate.   But I received in the border of that country, a vehicle certificate, giving permission so I walked with my bicycle without plate for 15 days.  Isn't something from the first world? or from other world...

The first official soccer game played in Brazil, it happened on April 14, 1895, in the Meadow of Carmo, in São Paulo.  The result of emotional game was: Company of Gas 2 X 4 Paulo Paulo Railway.
